These single-origin Nicaraguan coffee beans come from smallholder farmers in Molino Norte, Matagalpa. Grown at 900–1,590 meters, the lot features Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema varieties. The beans are fully washed, fermented for 12–14 hours, then dried on patios and raised beds.
